Terms and conditions

iLearn reserve the right to exclude a team in the event that any team or its team members bring the competition or any element of it or iLearn or any other party connected with the competition into disrepute.

The final prize of a trip for the winners is provided by 2041 and is subject to the terms and conditions and requirements of 2041, which will be provided well in advance to the winners. 2041 will require each member of the prize winning teams to provide certain information (which will include personal data) and to agree to the terms, conditions and requirements imposed by 2041. The successful team members consent to iLearn passing on team member names and any other personal data it may have to 2041 for the purpose of their participation in this prize.

The expedition needs strong characters and committed individuals who are able to work as part of a wider team. You will need a good level of fitness and the physical and mental ability.

By its nature the Expedition to Antarctica may be subject to change and cancellation due to events beyond the control of iLearn. iLearn has no responsibility for any costs, losses or expenses incurred as a result of any such change or cancellation. If a winning team or individual are unable to attend the trip following such change or cancellation, iLearn reserves the right to substitute the team(s) or individual with another team or individual. If an individual team member of a winning team is unable to attend the trip following such change or cancellation, the team can substitute the team member for another member but only one substitution can be made per team.

iLearn is acting only as a promoter of the Expedition to Antarctica. No cash alternatives to a) participation in any part of this competition; or b) any of its prizes are available. iLearn excludes any liability if the prize trip or any part of the competition is cancelled for any reason.

iLearn shall not be liable for injury, death, loss or damage suffered by a participant whether or not caused by any act or omission of iLearn,

iLearn shall not be liable for any uninsured losses, baggage or other property; nor for any indirect or consequential losses, damages or expenses; nor for loss of time, enjoyment or inconvenience; nor for any illness, injury or death sustained during the competition or its prize trips.

The selected participants will have to sign iLearn terms and conditions, which will be made available to all shortlisted participants well in advance. Terms and Conditions for the travel are provided by 2041. These terms and conditions will be made available well in advance to all shortlisted teams and individuals.
